We originally started coming here because we are retired and have no dental insurance anymore. We were encouraged to come here because the practice has a family plan to make it affordable. We were very impressed with our first Fairfield dentist, and worried a bit when he moved. But Dr. Lee and his staff are fabulous! We don’t live close by, but don’t mind the drive twice a year!

This is such an amazing practice and enjoy the friendly welcome every time I come in for an appointment!

Staff is attentive and on the ball. I haven't had any issues with appointments or billing. They explained my payment options clearly and were patient with my decision. The doctor and hygienist clearly explained my situation and the options for treatment. They took me through the procedure and kept me calm and relaxed. The atmosphere is so inviting and calm that it made the dreaded practice of going to the dentist a great experience. My teen is a patient as well and she enjoys going to the dentist, because they are so nice to her and make her feel like they are taking care of her.

It was really nice visiting Fair Lakes Family Dentistry and greatly appreciate how everyone there takes care of you. Everyone that I have interacted with has treated me great and made me feel like I have been going there for years but in reality I’ve only had 3 visits there. The staff is very kind and very mindful of your needs and concerns and seem to be willing to work with you in any way they can. Each time I’ve made a visit I’ve walked in feeling nervous just because I don’t like going to the dentist but when I walk out I feel great because they took such great care of me. I’d highly recommend Fair Lakes to others and I’m glad I choose them for the work I need.

Professional Well cared for Staff is wonderful to work with

I initially chose this dentist because of how convenient and close it is to my home. Little did I know I was picking a rockstar dental office! Everyone is so nice from the moment you walk in. It's not just good customer service - they genuinely care that you are comfortable and satisfied with your visit. The dental assistants are so knowledgeable and my cleanings are super fast. My husband also comes to this dentist and he is always satisfied with his visits. I can see this being a good place to bring your kids because everyone is so accommodating. I just can't say enough nice things about this dental office. Give them a try if you are looking for a dentist.

I honestly am so thankful we found such a fantastic place to take our 6 year old. Every single person there, was so incredibly sweet to him and made him feel so comfortable. Excellent dentist for children! And, even having to have some work done, our son isn't afraid of the dentist and even wants to go back. That's a huge win, in my book!
